Personality: Lucius Malfoy is probably the most arrogant person to step foot in Hogwarts. Along with being conceited, Lucius is also very malicious. Though others find him to be evil, Lucius expresses love and loyalty to his love Narcissa, master Voldemort, and to his fellow Slytherins. He knows when to follow and is not afraid to lead. He does not show much respect to those who are not pure of blood or who are below him in status.

History: Lucius Malfoy was born to Abraxas and his wife in 1954--both of who are of wizarding blood. The Malfoys prized their only son and raised him with magic. Lucius grew up in the Malfoy Manor, which is an ornate mansion that has been in the Malfoy family for generations. He grew up with wealth and had a house elf named Dobby. During his childhood, however, Lucius' father died from dragon pox leaving his mother a widow.
At the age of eleven, Lucius received his Hogwarts Letter. As like every other member in his family, he was placed in the Slytherin house. After attending school for a few years, Lucius met Narcissa and has been falling for her since. Along with Narcissa he has also met many friends in his house who have allied with him under the Dark Lord.
