History(two paragraph):
James Potter was born into a pure-blood wizarding family of considerable wealth. Both his parents were elderly, even by wizarding standards, and both died under normal circumstances when he was around twenty. Because he was their only child, arriving later in life, James's parents pampered him a great deal, so he grew to be arrogant, boastful and proud, but inside a good person.
James meets Sirius, Lupin and Pettigrew when they enter Hogwarts, and the four of them form a gang named "The Marauders". When James, Sirius and Pettigrew discover that Lupin is in fact a werewolf, the three of them illegally learn to become Animagus, in order to safely accompany Lupin during his transformations and keep him under control. It is during this time that they discover almost all the secret passageways of Hogwarts and design the Marauder's Map.
