Marley grew up in the suburbs near London with her Muggleborn father, and pureblood mother. She was always very shy unless she had something to say. During school she loved Herbology and detested Ancient Runes. She was a tomboy and hated to dress up and go to dances.
When she turned 17 her mother and father died rather mysteriously and Marley took her younger siblings in who were only 7 at the time. She enjoyed helping others so she decided she wanted to be a teacher and hoped to get the Herbology postion at Hogwarts.
